As a socially responsible company, Oculus promotes family values ​​and ensures that all employees can participate in the social life in their environment. As an employer, Oculus enables the advantages of working abroad, and thus the corresponding salary at EU level, without the employees having to leave their home permanently. After three weeks abroad, employees spend at least one week at home in their family environment.

The job is organized in a way that combines experienced employees in a team with new or less experienced co-workers so they could pass on their experience and knowledge. We attach great importance to the feedback from our employees, whose opinion plays a crucial role in work optimization and thus also influences the complete business development process.

In addition to regular wages, Oculus pays a thirteenth salary, Christmas bonus and private insurance contributions for employees. The current staff as well as new potential employees have recognized that Oculus strives to meet the needs of its employees through the measures described. As a result, the number of employees is steadily increasing, as is the number of new business partners.

We are a socially responsible company, supporting various events in our environment.

For example, we are the main sponsor of the music festival "Otroci pojejo (Singing Kids)" in Slovenia, a project now in its 6th edition, by "Radio Tednik Ptuj" in Lower Styria and beyond. In addition, we support local sports clubs and voluntary firefighter associations as well as veteran unions and other clubs, numerous public events such as the "Špancirfest" and various other meetings.

We support the NK Varaždin football club (formerly Varteks) ,of Croatian first league. Furthermore, we endorse many local sports clubs from regional league ranks such as NK Jalžabet, NK Hrašćica, NK Sračinec, NK Gornje Vratno, NK Cestica Polet, NK Babinec and MNK Lovrečan. Support is provided through material donations or financial grants to help with their sporting activities or through the organization of various tournaments and charity events.

We also support the Lovrečan volunteer firefighters and the Logarovci volunteer firefighters - associations that not only actively contribute to public safety, but also train new generations of future firefighters through youth work and numerous competitions.

We are particularly pleased to be part of the "A house becomes a home" campaign by the association of foster-families for children and adolescents ZIPKA, where we contributed by donating building materials and work.
